Description
The Olympus STM7-LFA is a measuring microscope designed for high-precision analysis of small and large samples. It excels at capturing sharp, high-contrast images with minimal distortion due to its UIS2 infinity-corrected optical system. The STM7-LFA boasts a large 300mm x 300mm stage that can accommodate big objects like circuit boards and wafers, eliminating the need for rotation during measurement.
