Description
The Olympus 5072PR is a manually controlled ultrasonic pulser-receiver ideal for general purpose ultrasonic testing. It excels in applications involving thin materials and high-frequency transducers (between 15 MHz and 30 MHz). Its strength lies in its spike pulser which provides a broad excitation pulse for transducers, resulting in superior signal recovery at higher frequencies and improved resolution, especially near the surface of the material being inspected. Though discontinued, you can find some for sale online.
