Description
The SRS SR620 Universal Counter is a high-precision instrument used to measure time intervals and frequencies in a laboratory setting. It boasts an impressive 25 picosecond single-shot time resolution, making it one of the most accurate counters available. It can also measure frequencies up to 1.3 GHz and analyze various other signal characteristics like pulse width, rise and fall times, and phase.
