Description
The ACL Staticide ACL390 Surface Resistance Meter was a portable device used to measure the electrical resistance of surfaces. While no longer manufactured, it likely functioned similarly to ACL Staticide’s current model, the ACL 395. These meters are particularly useful in environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is essential. By measuring surface resistivity, the ACL390 helped ensure materials like packaging and work surfaces met industry standards to prevent damage to electronics from static.
